Bank-Issued Proof of Funds

We support companies that require credible bank-side confirmation of financial capability for acquisitions, commodity transactions, tenders, investments, project transactions and other legitimate commercial purposes.

The mandate is structured around the requested face value, beneficiary requirements, transaction purpose, jurisdiction and required bank communication.

  • Bank Comfort Letters
  • MT199 communications
  • MT799 communications
  • Minimum face value USD 1 million
  • Regulated bank placement
  • Liquidity coordination
  • Transaction underwriting
  • International transactions

Regulated Bank Network

We do not work with NBFCs, non-bank finance companies or similar non-bank entities for Proof of Funds issuance.

Our placement strategy focuses on regulated commercial banks and established banking institutions. Depending on the mandate, the placement universe may include institutions such as:

China Construction Bank Standard Chartered HSBC Citi Bank of China MUFG DBS Emirates NBD
Bank selection depends on the transaction, beneficiary, jurisdiction, requested format and institutional eligibility. Named banks are illustrative examples only and their inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement or committed availability.

Liquidity Behind the Proof of Funds

Where a Proof of Funds structure requires cash backing, collateral or other bank-acceptable support, we coordinate the liquidity required for the issuing bank.

Liquidity Support

Where an approved structure permits it, liquidity can be posted or arranged to support the bank-side Proof of Funds requirement under appropriate transaction documentation.

Liquidity Providers

Where additional capital is required, we identify and coordinate liquidity providers whose mandate fits the transaction, jurisdiction and proposed structure.

Liquidity must be genuine and properly documented. Any borrowed, pledged or encumbered funds must be represented accurately to the relevant bank and transaction counterparties.

Proof of Funds Verbiage Examples

Review illustrative examples of BCL, MT199 and MT799 wording. Final verbiage is determined by the issuing bank and the specific transaction.
