What We Do

FG Capital Advisors supports clients across the transaction lifecycle, from feasibility review and structuring through documentation, investor or lender outreach, term negotiation, and closing coordination. Our work is concentrated across four practice areas.

Trade Finance

Letters of credit, SBLCs, usance LC refinancing, borrowing base facilities, receivables finance, supply chain finance, and commodity trade structures.

Carbon Markets

Carbon project development support, PDD preparation, MRV coordination, OTC placement, forward purchase structures, and carbon credit fund advisory.

Mining And Metals

Exploration capital raising, copperbelt asset acquisition, metals trade finance, royalty and streaming structures, and junior mining investment vehicles.

Alternative Finance

Art-backed financing, private debt placement, covered call income strategies, real-world asset tokenization support, and structured asset monetisation.

How We Work

  • We take structured advisory mandates where our role is to build the file, assess feasibility, and prepare the transaction for serious capital review.
  • Each mandate is reviewed for transaction size, collateral quality, repayment source, legal enforceability, documentation strength, and capital provider fit.
  • We prepare lender-ready or investor-ready materials, including transaction summaries, financial models, term sheets, risk notes, data room indexes, and supporting schedules where required.
  • We charge for defined advisory work, documentation, structuring, and placement preparation. Speculative submissions are screened before any full mandate is accepted.
  • All introductions remain subject to KYC, AML, sanctions screening, underwriting appetite, internal approvals, and definitive transaction documents.

Core Mandate Types

We are most effective where a client has a real asset, live contract, concession, receivable, offtake arrangement, collateral base, or financeable transaction that needs structured capital support.
