We focus on junior and mezzanine positions within the capital stack, targeting situations where senior debt is already in place but additional capital is required to complete, scale, or stabilize projects.

These investments are typically supported by contracted or semi-contracted revenues such as power purchase agreements, capacity payments, and grid-linked income streams.

Certain transactions may also include environmental attribute upside through International Renewable Energy Certificates (IRECs) and carbon credits, depending on jurisdiction and project structure.
