Senior Exploration Geologist (Africa Focus)
Responsible for target generation, geological validation, and exploration program execution. Must have experience in African jurisdictions and exposure to cobalt, lithium, copper, or nickel systems.
Technical Director / Competent Person
Oversees resource validation and technical reporting under JORC or NI 43-101 standards. Provides institutional-grade credibility required for capital raising and exits.
Africa Operating Partner
Handles licensing, permitting, and local execution. Must understand regulatory frameworks and maintain relationships with ministries and local stakeholders.
Strategic Industry Advisor (Part-Time)
Senior mining professional providing strategic input on asset positioning, partnerships, and exit pathways. Focused on credibility and deal-making, not operations.
Operating Model
Capital is deployed into assets, not headcount. Each role is directly tied to discovery, validation, and monetization of exploration assets.
Compensation is structured around performance and long-term alignment, including participation in asset-level upside where relevant.
