Our issuance platform supports qualified commodity, EPC and infrastructure transactions starting at USD $10,000,000. Instruments are issued via global banks including Chase, BNP Paribas, Bank of China and Standard Chartered. No NBFC or non-compliant issuers.
SPV Issuance Platform
Clean legal title, lifecycle control, trustee governance and escrow protection for issuance and amendments.
Tier 1 Bank Issuance
SWIFT issued via global banks — Chase, BNP, SCB, Bank of China. Accepted for global trade and infrastructure projects.
Instrument Standards
All Bank Guarantees, SBLCs and LCs issued under UCP 600, ISP98 or URDG 758 ensuring enforceability and beneficiary acceptance.
Escrow & Margin
Mutually agreed escrow agent holds issuance fee. Margin provided by committed provider triggers issuance.

For large transactions, a Trustee is appointed and Operating Agreement governs amendments, extensions and refinancing.
FG Capital Advisors acts as placement and structuring agent. We do not issue instruments directly. All guarantees, LCs and SBLCs are issued via SPV and Tier 1 banks, subject to underwriting and jurisdictional acceptance. Origination fees are non-refundable. Issuance fees are refundable only if issuance does not occur.
