$50,000 initial payment, followed by monthly installments. Offers the same level of service, ideal for clients who prefer to stage their capital commitment over the course of the raise.
Success Fee
2% of Proceeds Raised
Success fee calculated on proceeds raised through our efforts, under Reg D exemption rules. Payable upon successful closing of subscriptions. No double dipping on engagement fees.
